Sleeping with the TV On

I use to do this all the time. It became a bad habit and I believe affected the quality of my sleep which eventually became a series of sleep disorders. While I can’t blame the TV for them all, I think it didn’t help the situation. I now don’t have a TV in our bedroom. I’ve found the I sleep better when it’s dark, quiet and slightly cool in the bedroom.

There are tons of articles that support this. Of course, some people can sleep anywhere and at anytime. But for those of us with sleep problems, this might be something to consider.
